SHIPPING
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Meta Haus ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.metahaus.co)
("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to
the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and
agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our
service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
DELIVERY TERMS/ TRANSIT TIMES
Transit Time Domestically ( US SHIPPING ONLY)
Currently, Meta Haus is only able to ship within the United States due to our current shipping budget/rates.
In general, we ship orders out between 1 - 3 business days and domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us directly at metahausco@gmail.com or through the contact section of our website to let us know! If the delivery address change is not submitted within 24 hrs, you run the risk of us shipping out before the change can be made. Meta Haus is not responsible for any lost items or orders in this case.
P.O. BOX / MILITARY ADDRESS
P.O. Box Shipping
Meta Haus will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are
unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses within the United States only, using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service using courier services.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and
send the remaining items once they return to stock.
DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider. If you did not receive a tracking number notification, please contact us directly at metahausco@gmail.com
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE IN TRANSIT
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service at MetaHausCo@gmail.com
DUTIES AND TAXES
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the
website
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without
any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country
INSURANCE
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.
RETURNS
RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
Meta Haus does not currently accept returns due to change of mind or simply not liking an item once it has arrived. We are a small, hand made, business and do not posess the resources required to offer this service at this time.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, we will gladly take your feedback and will often offer discounts on future orders.
If you purchase a candle and find that you don’t enjoy the scent as much as you had hoped please let us know. We recommend buying our smaller sized candles “Morsels” if you aren't sure about a specific scent before buying our full-sized candles. "Morsels" are specifically designed to act as “samples” for this purpose.
DAMAGED GOODS RETURNS
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please document the damage - including a photograph of the damaged item and send it to us at Metahausco@gmail.com and we will gladly replace or refund the item promptly.
These returns must be submitted within a 30 day window of the time that the order was marked ‘Delivered’ by the respective courier service. This ensures that we may track and contact the appropriate shipping party for insurance purposes.
CANCELLATIONS
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are not able to
accept cancellations at any time after the order has been dispatched. Items can be dispached as quickly as a few hours or as many as 1 - 3 business days, depending on our current shipping schedules.
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Meta Haus is currently only able to offer returns for the following circumstances:
- Damaged goods upon arrival ( should the purchaser choose a refund rather than a replacement )
- Mistaken order on the part of Meta Haus
EXCHANGES
Meta Haus currently offers exchanges only for apparel sizes.
Should your apparel arrive and not fit properly, the customer is responsible for paying shipping the item back to Meta Haus, as well as the shipping for the Exchanged size.
Apparel must be returned with all labels intact and without having been washed/damaged/stained/worn in any way.
We do not offer exchanges on other products such as candles/enamel pins/prints/ incense
